Post-Dance on Wednesday; Recharging for Monday!

HELLO to all in the DF Family, including all newcomers

We'd just ended our Wednesday night with a fun beginners' class with John Chok lasting from 6.30 till 8.15 pm.

This started with the usual (and vital!) stretching exercises, and continued with some practice in bouncing, and bouncing with the choreo of Super Junior's "Sorry Sorry". Last but not the least, we ended the session by learning a fun choreo of "Break the Ice" by Britney Spears.

I hope everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session as much as we did, and that you had gained something you find useful from it. Once again, a million thanks to John for all the invaluable guidance and patience in his instructions.

Although the session had ended, as John had mentioned, feel free to keep practising until your body gets used to it! Anywhere, in the shower, while you're taking a break from studying, or anytime you'd like!

Dance sessions are over for this week ..but..! We can look forward to another great Carol's session on Monday the 12th October, and Willy's sharing session on Wednesday. Just stay posted or check your emails; we'll update on the details again soon! In the meantime, do get some good rest!

'Recharging battery for Monday"..

By the way, did you know that NIE DanceFuzion also has its own Facebook Group? Just follow this link to get there. There's a frequently updated list of the songs used by the instructors for the choreos during each session. If you've been to DF sessions or are interested in coming over, feel free to join this group, post on the wall, etc. Of course, there's also a tagboard on this blog as well. Anything to suit your preferences! Of course, besides getting important info disseminated to everyone, the main purpose of all these is for the DF family to be able to bond together!

Last but not the least, good luck everyone in coping with schoolwork and other daily challenges, such as juggling everything together. We can do it, never give up. Rest well and eat well. Take good care of yourselves! See you all around really soon!

Cheers!
