HEYYYY everyone in DF!!
Now that school is out, dance sessions have been put on hold and everyone's mugging for the upcoming exams, would just like to say, on behalf of all your fellow DF friends:
"加油", or, "GO GO GO!!!!"
All the best in your exams..
Study smart, and be sure to give yourself a short break if you find that you can't focus..
Let's say to ourselves...
"We believe we can do it!"
Just for this exam period, I'm sharing these songs, "When You Believe" by Mariah Carey, and "I Believe" by Yolanda Adams in our playlist... the last song in the playlist, might feel like listening to it if you need to recharge before you continue studying! (you can dance to 'I Believe' too!)
DanceFuzion, BELIEVE YOU CAN DO IT.
If you'd like to have some chats or discussion and post any randoms, maybe to cheer each other on or share your feelings, go to our facebook group and participate in the latest discussion set up for this!
Take care y'all!

dancefuzion - together we stand; you're never alone.
I hope all of you who came for Willy's Beginners' Class tonight had enjoyed themselves! For your information, and maybe if you'd like to practice the choreo again yourselves, the song is:
4th November 2009, Willy's Beginners' Class
Tortilla Chips by T Bizzy
For those who couldn't make it because of the tough workload, assignments and tests, don't worry ok? There'll definitely be other chances! In the meantime, we can always practice the past choreos on our own when we have the time, when we feel like moving to some music... can always sharpen up those moves! :)
All the best in your work and meeting deadlines... DF, I'm sure YOU CAN DO IT! Believe you can! :)
For those of you, who are free and would like to perform for TTC Investiture on 24th November 09, remember to email Mei Ling at nie.dancefuzion@gmail.com at let her know ok? Be sure to check your exam timetable beforehand; if you are free, it is great to try it out.. Performances can really do a lot to improve your dance skills! :)
That's all for now! Be sure to have some good rest tonight! Take care! :)
Once again, we wish to send out our apologies that Carol's session couldn't commence yesterday evening as Carol was sick. I hope you still found the session of recapping past choreos useful though, especially for Immabe and Ring-a-ling, which was done quite awhile ago. We should be using them next time, so please do practice them and try to make it stay in your memory! (You can even 'practice' using your mind when you're listening to the song on the MRT on the way to school! ) *the power of the mind*
Anyway, we'll be having our last dance session tomorrow on Wednesday, before we take a break to fully concentrate on preparing for our exams!
Willy's Beginners' Class on Wednesday, 4th November, 6.30- 8.15 pm, @ NIE DanceRoom
This week's Beginners' Class will be conducted by none other than our ex-dance captain, Willy! The NIE Dance Room is just beside the NIE Cardio Room, at Block 5, Level 2. Don't worry if you have lessons till 7.30pm, just come along after that!
Everyone is welcome to come by and learn a few moves and have fun with our experienced ex-dance captain, Willy; and of course, to end our last session of dance before the exams with a happy note! Yup, let's cherish this session before we find ourselves missing the weekly dancing.. at least for the duration of the exam period..
That being said, hope to see you tomorrow!
P.S. To everyone, study smart and strive for the best in your exams! Believe you can do it! No matter how tough it may get, please take good care of yourselves, to eat regular meals, get enough sleep, and eat fruits! The weather lately isn't going to do us much good as well... So take care!
Lastly, on behalf of all of DF, to Carol and some of our members who are feeling under the weather, get well soon
Hope you all had had a great rest despite the cramming workload... :)
As we come back to school on Monday, we'll be having our last week of dance sessions before we take a break to study and cram for the upcoming exams and assignments...
Here are the details:
Monday, 2nd November, Carol's Session @ NIE Cardio Room 6.30 - 8.00 pm Remember last week's choreo on R&B style of "I Hate Myself" by Drunken Tiger? Carol will be reusing that choreo and possibly adding some variations to it! Practice on the moves again to refresh you memory..
If you weren't here last week, it's alright! Just come along and learn this week! :)
Everyone can come by to the Cardio Room earlier, at 6pm, to run through the dance steps again together! :)
Wednesday, 4th November, Beginners' Class @ NIE Dance Room 6.30 - 8.15 pm We'll be having our beginners' class on Wednesday again, marking the end of our sessions before the start of our study break. As for who'll be leading the session this week, we'll let you know in a bit, after we've confirmed it! :)
Let's end the semester of school with a great session of dance, and pep ourselves up to face the challenges of the exams and assignments. We can do this! Remember the quote, "what don't kill me, only makes me stronger". ;)
Thanks for the support from all those who'd come to the Halloween Outing to the Night Safari last night! Despite the rain, I hope you all had enjoyed yourselves. For those who missed it, it's alright! I'll blog about the event soon for you to know what was up for the night. And remember there's more to look forward to.. the chalet in December! :)
For now, take care y'all, and I'll see you on Monday! :)
All the best in working hard towards success... You can do it, DanceFuzion!!

The cost each person will have to pay will depend on the number of days you'll be staying for (overnight for 1 night, 2 nights, or just here for the bbq) and the number of people who'll be going! So try to get all your DF friends to come and just enjoy the holidays together!
So if you already know whether you can make it, and which days you will be staying, please reply to Joanne's email, specifying the days on which you will be there! It's okay if you are still unsure, just keep us updated about your plans when confirmed :)
